Terms of Service for Raqbay.com. We are a land listing platform only. Users are responsible for their own property transactions and due diligence.
1. Our Role: Information Provider Only
Raqbay.com is an online marketplace for land, including agricultural tracts, farmhouses and commercial plots.
- No Agency: We are not real estate agents, brokers or legal advisors.
- The Platform: We provide a space for sellers to list and buyers to search. We do not participate in negotiations, payments or the transfer of land titles.
2. Disclaimer of Responsibility
You agree that Raqbay.com is not responsible for:
- Accuracy: The details in a listing (size, location, price, legal status).
- Transactions: Any money lost, fraud, or failed deals between you and a seller.
- Property Status: Whether a plot is actually “Verified” or “Approved” by local authorities (LDA, CDA, DHA, etc.).
3. User Due Diligence
You are solely responsible for verifying all property documents, visiting the site, and performing legal checks before making any payment. We strongly recommend hiring a legal professional for all land transactions in Pakistan.
4. Listing Rules
Sellers must provide honest data. Raqbay.com reserves the right to remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading or violates Pakistani laws without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Raqbay.com or its owners be liable for any damages (financial or otherwise) arising from your use of this website or your interactions with other users.
